Every cookie timanh.vn sets, what it is for, how long it lasts, and how to refuse or delete it.
This Policy applies to the timanh.vn website and forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser to remember something between visits. timanh.vn also uses the browser's local storage for the same purpose. In this Policy, “cookie” covers both.
2. What we use cookies for
- Essential cookies — keep you signed in and protect the website against automated attacks. The website cannot work properly without them, so they are set without asking.
- Functional cookies — remember the language you chose and the faces you have searched with, so you do not have to upload a photo again.
- Analytics cookies — measure traffic and how the website is used, so we can improve its interface and speed. These are non-essential; you can refuse them as described in section 5.
The website uses no advertising cookies, takes part in no ad network and does not track you across other companies' websites.

Google Tag Manager (GTM-MWFF33CD) is the tool that loads the tags above; it does not itself set tracking cookies.
4. Third parties and where they process
- Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) — processing in the United States and other countries where Google operates infrastructure. Aggregated data is kept for at most 14 months. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Hotjar Ltd. — processing in the European Union. Hotjar records mouse movement, scrolling and clicks in anonymised form; what you type into input fields is masked and not recorded. Data is kept for at most 12 months. Hotjar's policy: hotjar.com/legal/policies/privacy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — security cookie, processed across Cloudflare's global network.

5. How to refuse or delete cookies
You control cookies through your own browser:
- Delete timanh.vn cookies and local storage: open your browser's privacy settings, find site data, and clear the data for timanh.vn. This also clears the faces your browser is remembering.
- Block third-party cookies: most browsers offer this, which is enough to disable the analytics cookies.
- Opt out of Google Analytics specifically: install Google's official add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Opt out of Hotjar specifically: follow hotjar.com/policies/do-not-track, or turn on your browser's “Do Not Track” setting — Hotjar honours that signal.
If you block essential cookies you will not stay signed in. If you block functional cookies the website still works, but you will have to choose your language again and upload a face photo for every search.
6. Changes to this Policy
When a cookie is added, removed or repurposed, we update the list in section 3 and raise the version number shown at the top of this page.
